Pretty Aunt Jan's Ritz Cracker and Ice Cream Dessert

 Ingredients
2 sleeves of Ritz Crackers
1/2 cup butter
2 packages french vanilla instant pudding
1/2 quart french vanilla ice cream
1 tub of Cool Whip
(*note: you could sub reduced fat and reduced sugar everything here, but that ain't how Pretty Aunt Jan rolls.)
 

Directions
Crush Crackers and layer in bottom of rectangular cake pan. Melt butter in microwave and pour over crackers. Mix together and press into bottom of pan to make a crust.
In a mixing bowl, mix ice cream, pudding and milk for 2 minutes on high speed. Pour over cracker crust and refrigerate for about 2 hours or until firm. Pour Cool Whip over the top and sprinkle with extra cracker mix.
